What I love about RDFiT, is that they really have a workout plan that will fit your schedule. If you just want to work out on your own, the gym is available. If you want a class, they have those too. If you want more 1 on 1 attention, they have individual training. Or if you are like me and own a business and have a family at home, then they have online workouts you can do at home when your kids are asleep and you have a break. Brad and his team will work with you to achieve your goals!
